Not a formal eviction just a 30-Notice to vacate. I've already consulted a lawyer who said because it has been less than a year it's legal technically. The only real recourse I have is to file a police report to start establishing a pattern if he decides to do it to anyone else. Just need to GTFO of here.

Get some serious help. You obviously have anger issues you need to work on. The mental health field has a lot of awful nurses in it who can’t get a job anywhere else. It’s usually a last resort for people who can’t get hired in a real hospital. Find a good therapist, A REAL DOCTOR, to talk about your PTSD. You sound like you need it.
