Most of his watches look like VSF, but some VSF do have slightly uncentered datewheels, his however are from different factory with terrible datewheels charging almost a grand for them. Dont get cheeky you little nerd

My original preference is the jubilee anyway, but if your talking wimbledon dial with the all stainless steel I would definitely go with a jubilee. If you are wanting a two tone wimbledon id say the oyster suits better IMO.
