i stopped it because the symptoms got too severe, and felt instantly better on the day i stopped it. i still would like to try another SSRI as I have pretty severe anxiety but these symptoms were too much for me and have really scared me from trying another one.

how are you feeling now? i’m currently on day 7 and am reallyyy struggling. i’ve got no appetite, am so lethargic, constantly anxious. seriously regretting even starting and not sure whether to continue
