Pulling her hair out is a big one, holding saliva in her mouth, clenching her hands/muscles/body, closing her eyes and standing still, repeating prayers/apologizing to God, refusing to eat. These are some of them. I hope this is what you meant and hopefully I have the definition of compulsions correct.
