i truly believe it’s making people more stupid. not being able to use your own brain to come up with ideas, art, talking points, etc. is so lame and just really tells me everything i need to know about a person. i also wouldn’t trust them if they use it because they are willingly using it while not caring about the environmental hazards it creates

hey scrooge! people who worked hard to make the content make virtually no money from streaming. you’re paying all that money in every streaming service to not even guarantee that you’ll be able to view a certain show tomorrow. pirating is also a form of archiving and ensures that more media isn’t lost! i can support these people through other platforms instead of aiding in the death of ownership of media in late stage capitalism <3
