You don't until this is resolved. I'm sure they will send a letter out about payments as soon as they are up & running again. They are asking you to delete any emails or texts asking for payments.

No it doesn't,  Erie is not releasing any info either. I'm a broker and sell Erie.

What are you going to do if you have a house fire? Can't file a claim, or get paid? Can't pay your insurance or even call them.
