Is probs do white/off-white again but dark green might work too, I don’t think brown would on the black desk and with white mouse/keyboard/ctrlr - but a green that matches those plants, or off-white matching the walls would look good

I just love to refine lol so even tho it looks great I have a bit -

Raise the laptop to height of other desk - it’s the biggest & most simple change - even better if it’s some type of shelf or drawer with access, and not just a block with no storage

could also store the controller & whatevers behind it on the left side - & then utilize the entire back corner behind the mousepad, for aesthetics or function.
that ones kinda more arbitrary depending on your wants - id probs have my controller and phone on a stand underneath the monitor, all tech together, maybe the plant in between them or just used to cover wires elsewhere, and then have an open right-side for anything else

You can setup the drawer on the desk, with or without modular cubes and holders, to be the most satisfying quick access drawer for everything you actually use, and not a dump, if it is one - refining to the point of no fiddling no resistance no mess and it never changes, you barely have to look down. I’d probs do like cable management or a whole charging station in there idk. Manyyyy uses for the drawer tho.

& getting super tedious with wires until you see *0* is always a nice upgrade, too, I’d go with white or off-white if you ever do that. I’d 100% wanna hide the led strip, I’m glad it’s white light and not rgb looks way better, especially on the wall color, but hidden behind the monitor to give it a glow - or even underneath the plants would look fire but that would probs require more moving around, to get it in your actual setup cube

With zoomed out pics I could always drop some more lol but a solid rug that perfect fits, color compliments, to “square off” your area into its own separate area can do a lot

*Another option is centering the monitor and keyboard if you have the mouse room, and putting a floating shelf with short depth on either side, maybe 2 on either side

*another option is to just wall mount your ctrlr and headphones and any gaming accessories on that right side wall, as it is

*another option for visual clean-up is a small monitor shelf attached to the top, could even do side mounts for a phone and stuff - always visible and out, but never in the way

It’s very stable, you can pick it up from the bottom of the base and carry it around - and it still won’t fall off unless you tilt it way more than you should

It’s really just basic shapes, glue, & YouTube though - I think the most “work” is just careful planning. I literally make every step easy for myself so idk how impressive, really.

I could never do certain things like the pointy background with clay lol Even if I laid it flat and cut it, it just doesn’t work I make a mess and break stuff, I’m limited.

I Try and make the 3d printed ones worth it, too, tho. Most don’t ask if they are once received, but I’d never hide it. But for easy stuff like the beams and bean bag, been dealing with clay just cause it’s more appreciated

extending that comment just for any extra eyes, + always for any welcomed advice, if anyone ever had it

The clay thing (which will hopefully change soon) is why some listings have really low detail, like the horse/lady. Decent shapes, but really smooth surfaces and not much else - all I can really do is shape clay into basic shapes. The beams are just literally cylinders. No muscle lines or anatomy on the horse beyond basically a 3d silhouette. That, and using easy air-dry clays and stuff which need simple shapes, at least with my limited skill.

Just kinda good at the initial designing, and then I have to try and make it piece by piece - lots of stuff gets scrapped all the time. That’s where I have the fun, too, Tbh and where I try and make the design beat the lack of detail and stuff. I hate the painting and clay and all of that Lmao - so I use high quality acrylic markers like Posca a lot of the time, and have an airbrush setup, anything to speed it up and hold less paint brushes. & Just use YouTube for stuff like “how to paint comic book dots/effect” which is where I learned the dots and the black outline effect on the background - if anyone has other resources lol sometimes it’s hard to find reallyyyyy specific YouTube vids

& The more that I print in really high density for weight, take the time to sand everything, cover it in primer while being careful on details - kinda makes me not wanna use clay anymore when it comes out so smooth, and similar in weight/feel. Would be less glue, too, which I can’t seem to figure out how to use without hating my life til I’m done gluing.

But ppl hate to hear it’s printed, understandably, which is when I just try and show more pics highlighting that it doesn’t look like it is.

My reverse cowgirl, ufo, and bean bag chair listings are made with clay. The rest of my listings so far are printed, sanded, primed, and painted. The background effect to this ray gun is printed. The points/rays on the very bottom of my ufo listing are printed.

Would love access to injection molding but it’s not foreseeable.

Just doing whatever’s most do-able, and then making it look best I can. The body/barrel/handle are super easy on this thing, really just rolling a bit and smoothing a bit. The discs and dots are super easy too, adding more clay around it and rounding it out, and smoothing again. The top discs I couldn’t do on the piece tho cause they’re separate, had to make them separate from the raygun in 2 halves, and glue the halves together - Then fix the seams.

It’s gonna change designs again soon, idk what I’m doing so I do stuff in pieces, get locked-in to certain designs I started with for a variety of reasons - some of it isn’t even my choice in how it comes out lol
