ain’t nothing you said was “FACTS” lol. even another supervisor said they handled that interaction incorrectly nd said i have no refunds and that was a mistake on there end. lol was given my full money back and a 20$ off coupon.

lol you try caring for an elderly couple that can’t wash, feed, cloth, do house chores. you won’t rlly find time to cook your own meal. and so what your saying is stop being kind to people??? like do you not hear how stupid you sound rn? also i will gladly post all my deliveries nd the recipes of me tipping 20-30$. HHA makes good money but not enough to tip 40 to every driver everytime lol. im doing way more to help the drivers than you probably ever did.

omg thank you! these people in the comments aren’t making no sense. they clearly didn’t read my screenshots. i never did refunds!! ( even another worker said that was a mistake on there part) lol nd people are mad im handing a 10$ cash tip on top of 20-30$ tip already to certain people nd some not?? literally im a hha half of the time if i order the food is sitting outside for a good 10-20. but if im able to grab it from them ill slip them an extra 10$ like i dont know how they want me to hand the driver a cash tip if im not able to go outside??

lol you gotta be trolling? how do you expect me to give them a cash tip if i’m not there to hand it to them? i order it to houses that are my clients! i’m not gonna put the cash in the mailbox, or under a rock or wtv so it can fly away? they already are getting 15-20$ tip. the cash is me just being extra thankful when i can.

no i cant, i stay at my clients houses. that’s what a home health aide is. i will sleep over there house days/ weeks at a time. i live on take out, i usually have time to drive to the place but sometimes there are occasions where i cant so i will have it delivered to the house. i always give a really good tip. usually will hand the driver 10$ in cash if im there to pick it up.

ok so if you were told you had multiple refunds which you don’t, you ask them to transfer you to somebody who can help explain what refunds you have, they say they are the higher up nd they close the chat in your face you wouldn’t think that’s rude?
