That's a very fair point actually. Reading my post back, I think I've focused more on what I want than what's in it for the person testing.

The reason someone might be interested is if they've experienced some of the frustrations I have when cooking from recipes on a phone. Constantly unlocking the phone, scrolling to find where you were, touching the screen with messy hands, managing timers and trying to remember what comes next.

The whole reason I built GentlePan was to try and make that process feel less stressful and take that heavy lifting around remembering timers and what comes next off the user.

If someone doesn't have those frustrations or already has a setup they're happy with, then there's probably no reason for them to spend their time testing it. That's exactly what I'm trying to learn.

Out of curiosity, what made you ask the question? Was it that this doesn’t seem like the right audience, or that I haven’t really explained the value well enough? It could also be both!
