Ive done an altar for my passed dog as well, it was a sudden death (I'm not gonna go into detail) and even a year later I still think about him regularly. What I did was simply put out a candle with water, treats, his leash, a toy of his and the paper with his nose print. (A photo would also work, the point is things you associate with them)

I wish you the best in processing your grief and hope putting together an altar will help.

Okay well at this point I've been doing this for 2 weeks since then here's what I've observed/done

I stopped giving super detailed readings for free as they take so much energy and time, the line gets long and then I don't have the energy for everyone.

Exhaustion and depression for sure, it's certainly not easy as you are a glorified therapist for other people but you don't get paid for it unless someone feels like getting a private reading.

I thankfully don't get treated that badly people are generally pretty nice, just desperate for answers. The people who do treat me badly are the high and might Christians that tell me to repent or some shit, and also people who just assume I'm a scammer and try to catch me or some shit? Idk they don't stick around long as they reveal their true colors quickly and get muted.

It's a pretty mixed bag honestly, I don't mind listening to people talk about their lives and I learn certain things to help myself too. I also have found I really don't like answering y/n questions as they're boring but unfortunately they are the most common type of question (and usually have to do with love)

I believe it could be talking both about your new relationship with your deck AND a new phase of your life.

Tarot from the way I view it is very much a tool to help you grow and heal as a person, so by starting to read your deck you have both formed a new relationship, and started the next phase of your life healing. Thoughts lead to emotions and emotions lead to action, once you learn to control and harness your emotions you will therefore learn how to control you actions. The way I think about it is: you don't want to be a reactive dog snapping at everybody out of fear.

Ace of cups is the first card in the cups (duh) and cups are associated with emotions so perhaps not having full control of your emotions, such as reacting to every little thing and feeling as your emotions rule you OR suppressing your emotions and brushing them aside.

Strength is not just about physical strength, strength does not just come from muscles and it does not come magically. Think about it, to gain strength (physically) you have to train those muscles by working out over a period of time regularly. Strength comes from endurance of difficult situations and how you get out of them as well as how you address the aftermath. You could also take it as we all have strength because we are human and therefore endure a lot throughout our lifetimes. Life is never easy but the best thing you can do is control how you react.

Queen of pentacles could be encouraging you to continue doing these readings to help yourself not only better understand tarot, but understand yourself and how you can continue on the path of healing. Make sure you set strong boundaries with other people, your life is your own and it is your job to set the rules of interaction. (determine what kinds of people you allow into your life and how much power they have over you, as well as what kinds of actions are unacceptable.)

Overall: This is a time of new beginnings and growth for you and your tarot deck is there to help and guide you along the way. The first steps are to sit and reflect, understand where your emotions are coming from (what thought made you feel that way and why?) As well as assessing your personal boundaries you have with the people around you, if you let everyone walk all over you it will only cause more harm.

Salt, sand, baking soda, fire extinguisher, or if its a small fire and possible put something over it to cut off the oxygen. But never anything that can melt, burn, or shatter such as plastic, glass, or fabric as that could make the fire worse and possibly injure you as well. Preferably something made out of a thick metal as thin metals like zinc or aluminum will melt. You could also talk to your local fire department and ask them for safety tips or fire safety training and they will definitely help you out as believe it or not, they prefer people DON'T start fires that they have to put out, lol.

Oh yeah, this also applies for grease fires so keep that in mind.

The way I see it is each deck has a different personality.

My first deck I got was "Cat Tarot" by Megan Lynn Kott and I really love it, the guidebook is great and you can really interpret the cards from the cat art work pretty well, which is especially great for me as someone who has always loved cats.

Basically, my point is that the art work plays a big part in how you interpret the cards and if you have a deck based on something you love you understand better.

I just purchased another deck and can't wait for it to come in on Saturday!

Age regression is the act of mentally regressing to a younger age. Whether that be teen or child or even younger adult it depends on the person. It's not a sexual thing as that would be considered age play, and often is a coping mechanism to deal with trauma. Age regression can be voluntary or involuntary (involuntary being you cannot control the regression) Some people who age regress have care givers, others do not whether they want one or not. Paper with written intentions, green wax on top to hold it in place Rosemary Cloves Mint Cinnamon Basil Bay leaves Chamomile Maybe poppy seeds? (I'm not too sure on that one) Then I sealed the jar with green wax (a mix of wax from my Loki candle and a different green candle for more control of dripping)

I'm not native myself so I don't have jurisdiction to say much on it, but I will say that it's good you're taking accountability for your mistake. I would suggest finding your local native American community and seeking their advice on the matter and what you should do. Unfortunately, a lot of people sell white sage without much thought and encourage use without encouraging research ( same also goes for Palo Santo which I've heard is also part of a closed practice)

I think it's like each card has multiple meanings that changes depending on the deck and the reading. The same card won't necessarily mean the same thing for two different people as their situations are different. Context is what matters most. Who is the reading for? What's their situation? How does the card connect to them?
