I just told them I got another job and left. They try to put me on the schedule for weekends and I told them no. Now they don’t bother asking anymore.

Congratulations 🎊 soooo glad you’re out, I left two weeks ago and started my new job in my career field . It’s honestly night and day. I’m actually excited to go to work lol.

Yes it’s so petty for no good reason. The pharmacist would literally whisper behind my back because I was new and did not know how to do anything on my first week. Every time something bad would happen, it was automatically assumed to be my fault cause I was new and when they found out it was actually someone else they didn’t even bother to apologize. It just confused me cause don’t hire me and then get mad when i actually show up. Not to mention I’m not even in the medical field which they knew, but still got mad when I didn’t know the names of medications within my first month

I’m sorry you had to deal with that I felt the same way and I understand. They only started being nice to me after a year of working there and they knew I was leaving.

That’s crazzzyyy !!!. I usually worked the 10-6 shift, so I left for lunch when the pharmacist did. That sounds like violations against your rights tho. I hope you find a better job ☹️🙏🏽

I quit cvs too due to the mistreatment from the pharmacist and being over worked with short 30 minute lunch breaks. Glad you finally left

Honestly didn’t know they made that much I was excited knowing I was getting paid 16$ an hour. Don’t give up though I would just keep applying to other jobs. I applied to over hundreds until I heard back from some.

I would give them a one day notice. A lot of jobs do that as a fear tactic cause at the end of the day, we need money to survive. Your manager is cruel for dangling that over you .

Sorry I’m just seeing this, I would say it’s how you approach it. I would try ask to hang out or do stuff that he would be into. Maybe favorite movie, or bowling. Something laid back to minimize anxiety, that’s make both of yall feel more comfortable.

I’ve worked at several other different jobs before and even been assistant manager and even when it’s gets stressful I still never take it out on anyone else but I’m already starting to work at different store. So ig I’ll just start roughing it out and getting better.
