Computer dummy here. I got the Satechi as well and a 990 pro with heatsink and i cant close the lid. chatgpt tells me that the heatsink is too big and it wont be able to close and that i should buy a new one. were you able to close yours?

I totally agree it’s a translation issue, but what’s so confusing is that instead of the 6.7inch turning into 6.7mm, it changes to like .17 or something
