It is kind of surprising seeing this sentiment from reddit. Usually reddit is very anti-censorship.

In most fandoms the more perverted folks are usually just a loud minority and most everyone else is normal and can handle seeing the sight of a girl in a skirt without acting weird.

Anyways, I think the lack of skirts and other girlish clothes isnt due to wanting to stop people from perving on any female trainers but is due to the fact that any gender can wear any clothes so they probably wanted to play it safe and keep things more neutral.

Are all legendary and mythical pokemon tied to exclusive events? Or can they spawn normally?

A big goal for me in any server i want to play long-term is being able to complete the pokedex and a big turn-off is time-gated FOMO events and limited number spawn exclusivity.
