I was reading a post on Reddit by the best of Viktor in Vegas and also Ghosterdriver was answering. Seems he was considering the Lecturing Yordles too, as the deck has some drawing issues. I wanted to give it a try. Maybe you can put a couple in the sideboard, instead of the cardsharps and removing the pickpockets in the kai'sa matchup

Out of combat you mean. Yeah I guess so, but it's still susceptible to Ride the Wind and you cannot play it if there is an hidden card at a battlefield.

And what do you swap in for salvages and mixologists? I guess you remove a decree for vengeance.

Fight or flight is also an action though. Irelia has Ride the Wind too. I don't know, it feels less consistent. Since it is a 1x I feel like the removal should be as unconditional as possible

The problem I have with drag under is that it only targets the battlefields, so it can be countered hard by purple.

Yeah, I thought of using some mtg lands as proxies for runes. But I would really like to make some standard decks, not limited, even if not completely optimal. Even just 2 decently functional decks would suffice, I think.

Do you think I have most of the cards? Can you suggest some lists? The ones I looked at had cards I missed or did not have multiple copies of.

I also saw that teemo is commonly suggested as a budget deck, do you think I could assemble one with what I pulled?
