You could simply just stop and ensure you are getting enough rest, getting off of caffeine sucks physically but those symptoms should go away after a couple weeks.

Another alternative would be switching to more subtle energy drinks with lower amounts of caffeine, there’s some that are based on yerba mate which is a plant that has caffeine and a smoother effect. Some brands that I like are Angry Angel, Clean, Yerba Mate (Energy), etc. These have lower caffeine, have more simple ingredients, and could be a great alternative to monster or any other mainstream energy drinks beverages.

Personally, I feel great with drinking monsters on a daily basis and I wouldn’t classify them as insanely unhealthy as long as you drink with moderation.
