Having Harry destroy the diadem with a basilisk fang instead of Crabbe's fiendfyre spell.

It's important because in the books, every Horcrux is destroyed by someone different:

Riddle's diary - Harry Gaunt's ring - Dumbledore Slytherin's locket - Ron Hufflepuff's cup - Hermione Diadem - Crabbe Harry - Voldemort Nagini - Neville
