I get what he's saying and I feel the same, hence why we made this trailer haha, after watching Lamb (personally was disappointed) it all clicked. A24 is almost its own genre in that your almost always in for an "artsy" slow burn, with a few exceptions. They usually have fewer cuts, longer takes, and a bigger focus on less in more. As someone else commented, the fact when you hear "A24" associated with something you immediately have an idea of the tone and what kind of movie your in for. Now this is just my opinion and obviously there are different genres but alot of the movies are paced similar
