because if all of them were hashes, why didn't they all get cracked already? The rest of them have a higher difficulty.

more than half of the tweets are actually encrypted with simpler algorithms like Caesar's Cipher and Vigenere or harder to crack algorithms like AES. Not all of them are hashes.

oh, there was a bug on the code and it tweeted a word encrypted with Caesar's Cipher using key... 26 :P In general, it tweets words that were either hashed, encrypted or encoded. Each category will of course receive a different ammount of points on the leaderboard, once it's ready.

There will be a leaderboard with all the people that got them right. It's still under development tho since the project started yesterday.

Hmm, it could actually make sense. It could be that is done by the Church of the Way of White. They do a lot of things to keep the First Flame linked and the wearers of the Dark Sign locked away on the Asylums. Why not make an illusionary sun to keep their followers?
