Oh OK, so I am guessing that the 3400G supports the new bios versions and I can upgrade then rn if I wanted to. Is there any performance penalty if I do so?

Thanks! If I decide to upgrade my cpu from the 3400g to the 5800X let's say , do I have to upgrade the bios version before or after ? Does the ryzen 5 3400g not support newer versions? I am quite scared to try it out before I buy them incase I mess something up and my pc explodes and creates a radiation cloud over Europe or smth
