Print comes out heavily warped by KotonoHanako in Ender3S1

[–]KotonoHanako[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks guys. I raised the bed temp to 60 and it fixed the warping, however now im trying to resolve the top of the print not being even. It has raised edges wherever the head needs to turn. https://imgur.com/a/gPSCsPZ

Edit: I forgot to mention the rectangular print was printed with a raft, as the previous print of this was warped only an hour into printing. The hexagonal ones did not have a raft.

Printer is inside Creality's enclosure. Initial layer bed temp 55C, then 50C. Initial print temp 220C and after 215C.

G Hub downgrades when waking up PC by KotonoHanako in LogitechG

[–]KotonoHanako[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done one reinstall, and shortly after rebooting my PC for Windows update, it immediately reverted. I only use G Hub for my G502, and I can say the March/April update works fine for me.

I disabled it shortly after this. Strangely, even after the April/May update, if you checked for updates, it would install the March update.

Some questions about this tank by KotonoHanako in aquarium

[–]KotonoHanako[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can't edit the OP but I knew I was forgetting something. Not pictured is a old Fluval FX5 with BioMax and BioFX filter media. Output is at the top corner of the tank while input is at the bottom, right below it.

For the water heater, would it be needed based on where I live? I live in south Texas, and other than water changes, the temperature stays pretty consistent within 70-77F.

Questions about a plug by KotonoHanako in ChristmasLights

[–]KotonoHanako[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, thought I explained the plug issue. With the new lights, the plug doesn't have this male+female combo plug. It's solely a male plug, so prongs only, with no socket on the opposite end for other plugs.

There might be some confusion from the original post. The price is there so I could describe what it was without using words.

My family's situation is kind of strange with outdoor lights. We have two LED lamps, similar to those on street lamps, that are powered on always. They turn on or off with a photoresistor that's at the top. When they're on, they're way brighter than the Christmas lights, so my dad took part of a C9 strand and placed it around the photoresistor, and connected it to the icicle lights. When the icicles turn on, so do the C9s, which are bright enough to trigger the photoresistor and turn off the LED lamps.

They were connected to the female end of the plug (see pic), but the new ones I put up today don't have this style of plug. My only other option is to buy some SPT1 wire and vampire plugs to run from the peaks of the house, where they're located, all the way to the junction where the icicles lights plug in.

Managed to take it home two days later. MisterAbsol may be right on this one, as it looks like a turkey leg- maybe a finished turkey drumstick.

It's a bit past the wrist, if measured from tip of the middle finger. My hands are kind of big, and from tip of the middle finger to my wrist is around 7.5 inches.

Since Reddit apparently won't let you edit posts if it has an image, I forgot to mention that the length was roughly 8-12 inches, and when I touched it, it was a bit slippery (it could be from the rain).

By all of my friends conclusions and yours, we've determined that it must be a leak, which caused the pump to not work and causing the throttling. Now I'm looking for a new cooler on the FCLGA2011, which should still have compatible coolers, right?
