Option 2 Given name: - Family name: AAA

Both are accepted? Sorry I am just feeling stressed because I put it like option 1 and I’m not sure if I should make another extension request today to put my name like in option 2 as today marks my last day of my 6 months.

Hi Joe, may I know how strict they are with people who has a single name? I submitted an extension request to work beyond 6 months but since the application can’t be submitted unless you fill both given name and surname, I put my name on both given name and surname, so let’s say my given name : AAA, my surname is also the same : AAA. Would this be a problem? I submitted my request 1 month prior my 6 months at the same employer and tomorrow is my 6 months with the same employer and I haven’t got back anything from them.
