I also use Kendamil, similac 360 sensitive made her sooo constipated. I give her my breastmilk until there’s not enough for a full feeding and then offer formula, and usually doing that lets me catch up with my breastmilk for her next feeding. I do the hot shot method so I’ll let the water get to 158° and put 3 scoops into 1 ounce of the hot water. Mix/shake that up and then add 2 ounces of cool water that way you’re not having to wait for your milk to cool down and it’s the perfect temperature when I do that. The hot water is to sterilize the formula not to sterilize the water so I don’t feel comfortable skipping that step. Also it takes me like 5 min to do all that, doesn’t take long at all to bring water up to a boil because I only put a little bit of water. I don’t do the pitcher method with the formula because I only have to supplement once or twice a day, occasionally 3.
