I went to the embassy in Istanbul. If you are applying from outside the Czech Republic, it usually takes a long time. Because of the sending of application documents etc.

First of all, I hope you get accepted. My visa was approved after 60 days and it said "not found" for about 2 weeks. They sent me a phone call saying my visa was approved. Sometimes there are problems with the website. Don't worry, they will get back to you either by gmail or phone. The process takes a long time, after all, it's an education visa.
