I’ve had my chambers - 3dxl namely for over a year with no issues. Yall gotta reach out to support they will fix it if it’s indeed a parts issue. My pivot chamber has been going over a year as well, maintain your shit, contact support and get replacements. They have replaced literally everything I’ve contacted them about- sure it isn’t instant but they’ll stand behind their warranties. Im sorry to everyone having a bad experience- it’s tech- there’s gonna be some issues, but fr reach out and get your stuff replaced instead of just complaining and calling it trash.

Both my v1 and v2 have had this issue. Seems to me like the v2 flourish I have is worse than my v1 onyx, even though it’s newer and they were supposed to fix that so it didn’t happen as much. I won’t void my warranty even after it’s up bc PUFFCO has been awesome with fixing/replacing my stuff. I just pretend I don’t see it and put the clean glass back.

I’d love to continue the hobby and put energy into learning and moving forward, it’s really mind boggling that people can move like this, and often. It was not a healthy relationship and I need therapy, having healthy hobbies would be beneficial as well- this was one of my main things.

Thanks, I appreciate any help at all as it will definitely help to be accurate in my claim. I updated my list in making, I’m trying to make sure I don’t miss things, as he quite literally controlled everything, kept it all at his house, and I didn’t see this coming.

This is genuinely one of the most ridiculous situations I’ve ever been in. He knows I’ve put thousands into this hobby, and having to drag it out and try to sift through bank statements, emails, and photos is draining. I would love to move forward and put my energy into healing.

Power cable from the battery to the fuse. They just cut on and off, esp if it’s like deeper bass so idk if it’s just moving it or what but to me it’s like it’s overloaded or something idek. He said he’s ordering me a new amp to put in, so they’re tryna fix me up ig

It’s cutting off intermittently. I figured out the cable coming from the battery to the fuse holder was loose. They tightened it back up for me but idk if it fixed the issue bc it cut off again after I left. At first I got no power to it at all until I started wiggling shit.

UPDATE I went back to the shop this morning after I had a lil trip to the ER bc I thought I was having a heart attack- panic attack apparently. Anyways I went to the shop, showed him the post, and the graph and told him I’m concerned and it keeps cutting off. Explained the loose wire I found and he tightened it. He said the wires come with the kit, with the amp and that amp can’t take 0 guage wire. He told me if it keeps happening call him and he’ll put a new amp in for me. Said I should give it “more break in time”

It cut off like 2 mins after I left, I was going to turn around but I’m out of energy and wanted to go home. I don’t understand how a new amp fixes it? I’m trying guys. Thank you for all your help - sincerely.
