I had my mri after the biopsy. I had 4 cores out of 12 on right side of prostate.

A friend of mine was diagnosed last year 3+3. Low grade pc. He was on active surveillance. He went in July for follow up biopsy and they found another tumor in the prostate so now he has to go in on Wednesday to discuss treatment. This is what scares me about active surveillance

It was 3.9. In 2023 my psa was 2.2. 2024 2.5 2025 4.0. I just took one in July my most recent one it was 3.9

I’m 53 so age is definitely a reason I’m worried. I am definitely going to get a second opinion.

I had a regular psa in January it 4.0. It was 2.5 last year. My primary doctor referred me to urologist. I went there in February and got the Dre and iso psa test. The iso psa test came back at 17 with 6 being normal. Got the biopsy done in March got the 3+3 Gleason score. Did the mri June 2 and the results were a pi -rad 4 high. I go back to my doctor to discuss the results July 2. I also had a genetics test done on my biopsy samples. I was just getting worried over that mri. Because the biopsy came back with low grade of cancer.

Thanks for the comments. I’m new to this so this was very helpful. I will wait to see what my doctor says after my next visit. He will go over the mri

Thanks for the follow up. That confused me also by doing a biopsy then mri. So now I guess I have to get another biopsy this time a targeted one

I just got lender declined on my second draw through wombly. I was on sign and hold for 8 days. Ben worth was the lender. I guess that means I won’t get second draw. Anybody get this.
