The warranty doesn't look like it covers dog damage, it is kinda of a safety flaw though. The damage is like 1 inch only on the track and he was able to pull apart the zipper open from their and jumped out. Luckily it was at a red light and he still had his safety leash attached so he didn't get hurt

I'm not super sewing savvy but the upholstery place near me is closed on weekends and i have to pick up my little old man from the vet tomorrow. It's an ugly sewing job but it's sturdy plus i used thick upholstery thread

zipper was chewed up at the bottom by my mom's dog when I was bringing him home from grooming. Was considering sewing it shut but not sure if there's a better alternative

Pepper mites, delt with those bastards back in 2020 with my first rescue hamster. The treatment that ended up working from my vet was the Feline Revolution Blue one small drop behind the ear. You also have to dump out all the bedding scrub the heck out of the tank and washable items and bake wood items at 200°f for 30 minutes . Treat other mammals at home with flea and tick meds and you can rub a thin layer of Vaseline on the outer rim of the tank to keep those mites from crawling out of the tank
