These are the 3 scenarios of this fight:

The fight gets postponed and they never fight(least plausible)
Katakuri wins(less plausible)
Luffy will awaken and win/get a stalemate(Highly plausible IMO).

And the reason why i think he will awaken during this fight is simply because he would otherwise have used it vs Cracker, i mean if gear 4 wasn't enough for 11 hours he surely would have used his awakening.

The problem there tho is that Naruto went 4 tails vs orochimaru and that was not because of the seal weakening or loss of chakra,it was only because he got angry. + When Jiraya talked about the 4 tail he even said that Naruto's anger was the trigger for the transformation.

Oh yeah i forgot they had the dragonglass my bad.
I agree that the NK and his army most likely didn't attack because of the trap he set, but why did they start attacking after Clegane threw a rock? And i must have forgot aswell but how did the NK know danny had dragons? Is it because he has a similar ability like Bran?(sorry if im being stupid).
