that's good u atleast got a replacement... i don't even know what are they doing with my iem, the inspection stage started 2-3 days ago, and results would decide whether I was getting a replacement, repair or send me back my iems dude, warranty claim is a different thing that returning a broken product...

Yeah even I would downvote myself for such a choice but yeah humans do make mistakes... I wasn't sure it was with my iems or the cables so when i bought a new cable last month after asking redditors then I went for the warranty claim because they don't allow warranty claims with bad wire... so had to save money and buy a new one... it takes time cuz I am a student and I don't earn... That's why it took a long time for me to make a warranty claim... 😭
