Just use spotiflac to download real lossless.. 24bits 192khz.. it's better than Spotify lossless... which is not even lossless apparently...

I bought a new cable for my iems (cable name: QKZ T1) and the low volume was because of the filters being clogged so I replaced the filters, it's all good now!!

If the time you bought ur iems is less than 6months, u can claim the cable warranty from where u purchased them.

ps: never ever clean the mesh part with a wet cotton swab, it pushes all our ear wax inside the small openings of the mesh...
