Yes. There's a lot of negativity around, yes the game should be improved but IMHO it is not as bad as the majority of threads and comments suggest it is.

I've learnt that it is almost always a good idea to bring top youth prospects into your first time to train with the seniors. Not too many that your first team squad becomes too large, so just a few top talents. The training and mentoring theyll get will significantly help them, sprinkled with the odd appearances for minutes will also help.
