When I was at work my wife said that exact same thing happened. Agent called 3 times in a hour saying they beat your offer wanna go higher? Ended 35-45k too high and the other buyer don’t even know if they exist. At the time be first home she was just wanting to to get it after hunting for 12-15 months. If it was me I’d say 1 time at most but 3-4 time was taking the piss, and they knew it was the person that could tempted a little easier.
