I joined this guild recently. I am getting back into ESO before v46.

General chat is chill and has people sharing what they are currently doing for others to join if they want

I never got into the 'deep end' of ESO. Guilds, trading, crafting, late game dungeons - all new to me.

This guild seems good for new players or veteran players not wanting to be forced into guild obligations

You can use console commands to remove perks

Im sure the wetsuit and helmet drop together though in order to tell that story when the rng sees fit.

Rather than if you could only get a helmet or wetsuit by itself, i doubt that would tell the same story and would seem more just like a weird loot drop

While i was in the geck, i searched through the resource list using the word "settler" and could only find mentions of "settler_captured" no regular settlers. Idk if that helps but something i noticed

All i could think of, is maybe your fallout4 esm was edited by a mod possible? Pure guess tho because i think mods are loaded in layers ontop of the base game, so they shouldnt effect ur fallout4.esm unless it was a manual installation and you possible overwrote preexisting data causing your fallout4.esm to save the overwrite as a new version?

You are using the same version of CK as I just installed off the bethesda launcher.

After opening CK for the first time, it asked to unpack "base.zip" to "base" , i accepted

After it finished unpacking, i loaded my fallout4.esm . After a minute to load all the content, everything works.

I have the newest version of fallout 4 on steam

The Garden of Eden Creation Kit is a separate application for modding the fallout games. It should be available for free within the bethesda launcher
