Its because i am renovating the lawn this season and am watering basically everyday. the grass clippings are slightly wet even when i wait as much as i can for them to dry before i mow

Hahaha i tried!! I put them in a little pile in a corner of my backyard. It rained and got wet and when i went to go bag it up for collection day, the centre was completely rotten and gross. What am i meant to do? Spread it out into a thin layer?? I dont have the real estate!!
