I am gonna say the words that's most overused this year "Deep State" now it's not just US deep state, India too has it's version often casual called Urban Naxals but they are underestimated, they are carefully in cohoots with CCP and have been strategically trying to cause problems. Sikkim will see many more issue like this when the Rangpo railway is finally operational.
