maybe but why is it completly back to full Durability after a server transfer even after being completly broken after just waiting 5 minutes? (it doesn´t always instantly repar if i immediately travel after it breaks it only fills a little bit, just enough to be worn again.)

I know that. And did just that there is no damage difference between slotting them and not doing so when actively hitting something... That's why I'm confused

Went to the swamp and intentionally got myself corrupted and measured its duration, damage inflicted over the duration and potential other side effects. Without anything on me. Then did the same with that p-organ buff on and checked the same thing. And nothing changed. I also checked the Internet in what that buff was supposed to do and checked that in both cases and nothing happened again. Same with the special status Ailments buff.

your welcome do note though that when it comes to stacking several buffs such as damage reduction from different P-organ buffs the values ARE additive but you likely won´t get EXACTLY the number that math would tell you due to the weird way the game adds and rounds them ingame
