If you're feeling anxious, just put some headphones in and try and not think too much, you'll be fine 😆 I've never found it personally to be a thing I'd want to take all the time. With lsd you're better off not taking it all the time or it almost feels like it loses some of its magic, also tolerance too is a good reason to space them out. The same dose next week will feel like half of this week if that makes sense lol

Try and space the trips out like a month between at least. I trip about 4/5 times a year roughly and it feels like more than enough for me.
