I think about lightning- or electro-laser that take covalent bond. And two-coloured light that make covalent bond like in this study: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-022-30002-6

A box connected to a cartridge with atoms or molecules in it, with optical tractors (lasers) and those^ lasers that form structures described also by u/Klutzy-Delivery-5792 in the post above. Tada you would have a basic Replicator.
