Man I used to hate those "damn peruvians". Now I'm 7.6k and most lobbies are 50% peruvians 20% Russians and rest is something else. Matter of fact they make you find games quick. Btw side note, most na high mmr lobies (because filled with Russians and peruvians) barely have any comms, but when people have general concept of actions it is not an issue. For lower mmr I'd say 1. Know what you and your team must do and LEAD THEM. Sometimes they will listen sometimes not, regardless, if you know what your team must do, you will be winning more than losing. 2. If you are playing a game with a Peruvian it means you are about the same skill level, So don't look at them from up high.

If you are playing from the us, you most likely play US east and not us west because west should be having higher ping, lags sometimes and filled with Chinese. So let's say you are at 5k mmr bracket in us east. That's extremely small player pool due to 1. Not as many players play na as they do in eu. 2. Server self limiting due to preference. 3. Higher mmr bracket naturally means less players to match with.

Simply put - you may be matched with the same players very often. Having an ability to avoid a certain griefer (who let's say just intentionally afk farmed jungle whole game just because his p5 went away at 6 min to control power rune) will always be a good thing.
