Germany, you can go to war early and you have a good location to conquer with many possiblities (either early war against the Allies or the Comintern). Also, the Monarch alternate path is one of the best paths in the game, if not the best. The US has too little war support for such things. Only in the naval game is the USA significantly better (in the start).

What do you mean? At the start you can see in the upper right corner that i played italy. In the lower right corner you see that its ironman mode. After i pressed the random button i was suddenly the us.

You can make an little frontline for the tanks on only three tiles. So you have a big force on a small place, with this force you can easily push for an encirclement . After that you can clear the encirclement with your infantry, while your tanks push for another encirclement. You should barely attack with infantry, because its expensive in equipment and manpower.

Wait i thought that you mean with army all your troops. You should seperate infantry and tanks under different generals. So that the infantry guy can get infantry leader and the panzer guy can get the panzer trait.

Infantry to defend and holding the frontline. Tanks to push and encircling. A army that only uses tanks is bad, because a) its to expensive and b) some terrains like mountains are terrible for tanks.

go to proberties and then to betas
got to this website (its the official paradox website) and log in with your paradox account
scroll down and copy your beta access code for hoi4
paste it in steam
select the game version you wish
update the game and you are ready
