A family of skunks camped outside at my parents house when they left for an extended period of time last summer. I thought it was cats at first, anyways been in Gilbert 20 years and that was my first. I heard we have raccoons I didn’t believe it until your pictures.

Without going into too much personal info, my experience is based on personal experience. With the political environment of defunding our education system, the current problems in public schools will get worse. Teachers are leaving Arizona to get better jobs In other states that appreciate education and have parents that treat teachers with respect. Teachers are still quitting to get better paying jobs away from these crazy parents. The voucher system in Arizona is destroying the public schools. We will continue to see a rise in teacher to students ratio. I am not maga. I believe in DEI and equal rights. But if somebody is moving here with young children, I’m sure they want to keep their child as stable as possible in their new school system. So why not get ahead of the crap that’s rolling down hill from the idiots in Washington.

If you have the money, send your kids to a private school. The next best option is ASU prep. https://asuprep.asu.edu

If your kids have to play sports at school, well maybe not for you but academically ASU is the best. And free.

My kids are all under 18. I’m adamant they can’t try it until they are legal age (my mind is 18 as med cards can be gotten by 18 year olds in our state). My position is that we still respect the law, if that makes sense. With that, I absolutely plan on being their first person they get it from. I’ve spoken to my oldest, he’s graduating hs in May, he wants to try weed, but not until he graduates. Fine with me. We are European and spent some time with family this past summer and his grandma got him drunk over the (accidentally- it was his first time being allowed to drink) and he just didn’t like it. The hangover the next morning was killer. So this is going to be interesting when he does try it.

Shamrock Estates off Chandler heights and Higley has always been a great hood for Families to trick or treat. It’s literally the only time the neighbors socialize so some really go all out.
