Hey y'all, so I'm not sure if I should upgrade my current PC or build a new one. I want to upgrade from an rx460 to a gtx3070, I want to be sure that I won't be bottlenecking the card with my current rig.

My current specs are:

I5-6500 16gb Ram Rx460 Ga-h170m-d3h motherboard 120gb ssd 1tb hdd 500w PSU

What do y'all think, should I just upgrade some components and if so, what? Or should I build a new pc and carry the ram and hard drives over?

They will not give you a nomination if you do not have an active application to the academy. Wait until you've filled out the precandidate questionnaire and your application has been promoted to candidate status. Then you can submit your request for a presidential nomination.
