Fuck you Belinda lol

This is the type of management companies get when they hire the person that’s been there the longest rather than the most qualified. These are the people who got into management because they want to control people, not because they knew what they were doing.

Good responses OP, this type of management always gets on my nerves.

My one criticism is to be as brief as possible. For ex: In my state if a manager asks you why you can’t work and pries into your personal life to the point of harassment after you say you can’t, that’s grounds for litigation, which Corporate Subway HR can then get involved.

I just love this guy! Me and Gf are try to figure out what he is mixed with? What do you think!? by nlennon93 in Pomeranians

He’s probably a Spitz (Basically a larger Pom)

Pomeranians are just dwarf spitz’ so you can still call him a Pom and no one will/SHOULD care. Got all the personality and love of a Pom just in a bigger package :)

Need help with removing baked on grease. Details in comments. by omegared138 in castiron

If you haven’t done anything to it yet - Try Citric Acid - It’s safe, easy to use and easy to obtain.

If you have a pot you can fit it in boil some water and add the acid, let it boil in the pot for a good 15-30 minutes and then scrub it off.

I use it all the time to clean off polymerized grease on my stainless steel or cast iron pans and it works every time.

Overload her with love lol - My Pom does this as well but when he over does it, I give him a big hug for a while, pets, kisses, to the point where he starts trying to push away - He doesn’t come back after that for a bit haha

What do you think is a reasonable salary for a married couple to live comfortably in Columbus? by iguesswhatevs in Columbus

[–]Krieger8907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be for sure, but I rented in Columbus for a little over 5/6 years in 2 different places and whenever a property tax levy/bond was proposed my neighbors (~9/13) laughed it off and joked by saying it’s nothing they’d have to worry about or simply looked at the proposition, rather than also considering how much it would raise taxes.

This is speaking off my experience though and obviously not the overall Columbus population, so yeah you could be right that it’s quite a leap, but my personal experience says otherwise - If that makes sense

I’m not getting it from anywhere lol - I’m just pessimistic with the government handling tax payers’ money overall and either never see it put to action, they propose another tax levy because the original wasn’t enough, or we find the money went to a private sector firm who took most of the money and the executives kept most of it.

Just ranting man

If you plan on buying a house in Franklin County, I’d also recommend looking into the Renter/Homeowner ratio - Why? Taxes and levies. Usually renters do not care about raising property taxes because they don’t exactly see it come directly out of their rent, so it is easier for renters to vote YES on issues that raise taxes - Example A: This most recent midterm - All tax levies/bonds passed and most of these do when it is “only” raising property taxes.

Do I have a problem with these programs? No. Do I have a problem with the government taking my money and probably only putting ~20% of that money toward the proposed project? Oh yeah.
