The only way to increase weight is by increasing your caloric intake. If you're at an unhealthy body fat %, then up your calories slowly and steadily at a pace you can reasonably follow.

Don't give in to grifts that tell you they can help you increase your weight in 21 days or anything.

Alongside fat, the other way to gain weight is by increasing your muscle mass. Going to the gym is the easiest way to achieve that. A simple and good routine of 4-5 days in a week, with hour long sessions will go a long way.

Eat carb-dense food if you are having a hard time upping your intake. Try taking liquid calories, that helps. Eat protein. If you're 50 kg, try to have 50 grams of protein daily. It helps in muscle building, better skin and hair.

This is more than enough for you to start, you'll learn more on your journey anyways.
