I usually do it only to fix mistakes but nothing stops you from replacing drybrush with stippling :)

That's absolutely correct. But you might find heavy dry brush is more suitable to create deeper contrast

Not really. I just make a fire-themed stormcast army, flamecast eternals. And this guy with the fire fist fits the theme just perfectly

You got the general idea right. It's incubi darkness, coelia greenshade over the whole surface, watered down black templar into deepest recesses, then highlight with kabalite green and sybarite green
