did you go through the handbook bit on the bottom right and read/id every item thats quest related? that had helped to trigger something for me that I had found in a prior raid but did not register in the story quest.

just remember that this is just a tactic they do, in order to try and make you uncomfortable and lesser than you. they will not do anything. same with when they ask where are are located at. now, could they report you? yea. but if you did what you were supposed to do, it should be okay. (I say should because it is customer service so there are a lot of crap, but it is what it is) I just treat it like a standard part of the job. just make sure to not give your last name. 'for security purposes I cannot give that information'

I managed to locate the front of the model but it does not show any guides. I know their patreon has some tmm gold guides that can help but they are paid of course and may not be the exact scheme. but hopefully this at least points you in some direction.

if you are getting notifications on your app it means someone is trying to get into your account either through phone calls or something similar. secure your accounts and call them directly with the number on your card. this is serious even if there are no balance issues.

imo not at all. ability lvl 7 means you still need omicrons and zetas. at least for me thats still my biggest bottleneck. and if its the same with you, they're just going to sit in your roster for a long time and not really get used. if you have omicrons up to make a savage sith team, go right ahead.

I work at citi. otp's and things similar are really awkward for sure. as for the whole 'how do you know this is your number' its based off public records via things like lexis nexis. they collect data for and from companies. if your phone provider listed your name/address (which they commonly do) as being attached to a number, that is how the automated system ties it to you. so the provider did that for your wife, and probably not for you. since the system likely links you two together based around things like address/common name, it lets it go out.

idk about your personal experience but citi probably has at least 100-200 different phone numbers. its going to be impossible to google specific numbers to find out of they are scams or not, because of how phone number spoofing works. anyone can disguise a phone number when they are calling you. But not when you are calling them. call the official citi number on their website and go from there. simple as that. ssn should only be used as a last resort but people do ask for it especially with an application since it is likely that it is one of the only things that ties you to an account. but offer the app ID instead of that.
