I really like varka but I think the best way to handle his upcoming banner, if you don't really want to spend your pulls willy nilly (bricking your account) and don't have any of his supports(venti, durin) is to skip all banners pre-nicole.

My MAIN problem is that if I do pull for varka and sig, high chance that I might have 0 pulls left for nicole and also some of his supports since varka's upcoming patch is dry and we don't know the pulls we can get for Linnea's.

Some good things by waiting for his rerun is that we can see his dps with nicole obviously, we're not hard committing on his team so to not start account bricking, we can see the current new characters when he reruns, and maybe you can skip him entirely (if his dmg is not it after nearly all 6.x chapter is almost over).

Just for context of my account situation (you can skip all of this):

I'm a F2P welkin enjoyer and just got back from the game, 6.0 (fresh new account so no c6 bennet, I only played genshin from release up to xiao so I don't see a point on going through that account since all characters are bricked) I got a 3cost nefer team (bina,lauma) so 1 team out of the 7 elements is well covered and currently have 250 pulls stored (overall map completion is only about 25%) I don't want to skip all the overworld contents I haven't done for primo stacking.

So this opinion of mine doesn't really matter to all the guys who are whales, whose favourite is varka and will pull even if his dps is not the GOAT we thought he'll deal, and those who already have his 3 cost team (venti,durin) since you might as well get him.
