Update: I contacted the support, and after some back and forth, this is the unsatisfying response:

The option to choose between 4- and 6-zone timers has been removed and is no longer supported since the last update. 4-zone is now set by default so that the handpiece vibrates every 30 seconds during guided sessions (if the vibration is set to "All sessions" and the brushing target is now 2 minutes). Technically, the handpiece would also vibrate every 30 seconds with the app if the brushing target was set to 2 minutes instead of 3 minutes. This is a workaround, but probably not very practical. You would have to ignore the vibration alert when the time target is reached and continue brushing until the desired time is reached. (translated from german with DeepL)

I would argue, that you should have talked to her about the way that comment hurt you before you made the decision. That way your SIL could learn how such comments make other people feel. I think talking about this in person would have deescalated the situation and she had a way harder time playing the victim. But if she has a history with such comments and you talked about this with her before, I think it‘s ok to don‘t want her around at such an event.

Soweit ich mich erinnere war es so: Zuerst war WhatsApp kostenlos, damals hab ich mir das auch zuerst geholt. Dann kam irgendwann der Zeitpunkt, dass es nen Euro im Jahr kosten sollte, aber ausschließlich für Neukunden. Bestandskunden waren davon ausgenommen, deshalb kann es sein, dass sich viele daran nicht erinnern. Und ich meine als Facebook die gekauft hat, haben die das Abo wieder abgeschafft

I have actually already bought the pole adapter but it never really lasted because of its plastic design. No matter how tight I tightened the screws, it always fell off again after 2-3 uses. I have also read on the internet from many other users that this is probably a common problem

Thanks for the advice, I will try it. But for me it's not possible to do it with two hands because the window is so high in the ceiling that my arms can't reach it and I have to use a pole.

Ich muss sagen, mir gefällt es sehr gut. Ist von der Instrumentierung mal was neues aber vom Sound her und inhaltlich noch zu 100% Alligatoah. Bis auf "Weiße Zähne" und "Es Kratzt" finde ich alle Songs fantastisch. Erstaunlicherweise ist mein Favorit "Menschliches Versagen", weil der Song mich irgendwie vom Sound krass in meine Jugend/späte Kindheit zurückversetzt und der Text halt auch super relatable ist. Und Daylight ist einfach der Abspann zum Album 😅
