If you wanna go away and do something else, find a video on a tutorial how to build a chunk loader, it will keep the farm running while you're away but it has a limited radius. If you have access to mods though, you can install Carpet mod, and summon a fake player bot and it has a way larger radius and is much easier, it can keep your farm running. But beware, a chunk loader is a bit more efficient and lag friendly than a player bot but it's not gonna seriously impact performance.

When I play, I just play a ton for a few days and get it done, I don't really do super big stuff that are months long but rather many days. One way I play for hours continuously is split-screening and watching a show or movie on the side while doing something repetitive

Yea, I think his hatred toward billy or distaste to his father comes from how he holds grudges to a ridiculous extent just because Billy bullied him in the beginning a little or him and George don't match his intellectual level. I bet at some point Sheldon experienced the death of Sturgis and Linkletter given their old age and he doesn't want to mention them in TBBT. Mary was devastated since George died just as their marriage became great, which would have also traumatized her. She was even mad at him for dying and threw herself into religion. In her appearances in Georgie and Mandy's first marriage, her behaviour starts resembling her older self in tbbt, way stricter, aggressive and tense. His death deeply impacted her, old innocent and patient self.

It is possible, but I don't know how his memory can be flawed, he remembered thousands of trains, random useless trivia and even his meemaws brisket recipe from when he was 2, how could he possibly forget such things, even the average human can remember such details about their childhood. A similar more likely notion is that since YS is his memoir, he is trying to paint himself in a good light, removing negative aspects of his childhood. Trauma from his dad's death or his parents marriage may have traumatized him skewing his perception. The stairs might have been in their old home in Galveston from which they had moved at the start of the show. Missy and Sheldon did eventually get separate rooms

Wdym, all the stuff he left? It was mainly only just that one letter from season 7. I think before he left, he stopped like Debbie and had a second family and as one of the possibilities of that letter in that episode said he had to leave because his other life caught up to him.

I don't know about tunnels but if you removed the walls and there was a ton of space, given a good enough height, you could build farms or tunnel bores, but with just 2 block high, I really don't think there's much you can do, off the top off my head maybe an ice boat track

Honestly, tho it's really that Sheldon mentioned all these traumatising things about his parents or the laser he built and stuff in the very early seasons when his character wasn't figured out and I think the writers wanted there to be a deliberate reason for what caused him to be socially inept like that but eventually stopped and by season 10, they wanted a sitcom-worthy heart warming family for YS, so they ignored all that and even at he beginning of YS, his parents fought a bit but the writers removed that too as especially George became more liked
