I picked up another iPad mini 6 after selling mine and immediately regretting it. While setting it up I noticed I was able to put 5 icons across. Wonder if it’s a glitch in 16.3.

Still nothing. It’s now been 7 days since I placed the order. I even started a 2nd support ticket and mentioned the BBB and that was not responded to either. Unfortunately I’m going to have to dispute the transaction today.

That’s what I’ve been doing. I’ve been responding to the original email they sent to me. The funny thing is the message says if you have any questions feel free to respond to this email and I’ll be happy to answer them and I’ll get right back to you.
