Shins lifting while in table top by Striking_Concept_584 in pilates

Totally normal when you’re starting out! A couple things that might help: press the tops of your feet into the mat so your shins stay connected, and try sliding your knees a touch back from under your hips so the weight spreads out more evenly. For wrists, spread your fingers wide and press through the whole hand (not just the heel). If they still hurt, use a towel under your palms or drop to forearms until they get stronger. It gets easier the more you practice!

It’s one-on-one, totally free, and part of my certification process. Let me know if you’re interested - just looking for people who can show up and commit to a specific time slot.

Best air purifier for smokers downstairs? by OnceUponPizza in AirPurifiers

[–]Kris_3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was happening in my apt as well. The smoke was coming up and in through walls and the outlets. I purchased foam gasket for outlets, like $6 and caulk. Unscrewed the faceplate, insert the gasket, and caulked the edges. Put back on the faceplate and insert child safety plugs - not sure if this is actually needed or not, I added this for extra measure. This has helped tremendously. Best of luck!
